Lawrence Eyewear/Mystique introduces the Toscani Illusions series, an ophthalmic collection consisting of seven stainless-steel styles in three-piece drill mounts, semi-rimless nylon mounts and full frames. The Illusions series features a one-piece temple/endpiece with no temple hinge or screws. The three-piece drill mount is equipped with nylon sleeves and washers to help maintain the integrity of the lens screws. Shapes consist of variations on ovals and rectangles. Colors include aqua, blue, bronze, burgundy, caramel, copper, gun and violet. Some styles are available with clip-on sunlenses.PHILOSOPHY: "The Illusions series continues Lawrence Eyewear's commitment to cutting-edge technology. Because the frames are made of stainless steel, they literally mold to the wearer's features. With the lack of screws, except for the eye wire, the profile is sleek and uninterrupted (frames virtually float on the face) and maintenance is lowered," says Ray Trantolo.
